Studio FAQ

Each piece in my shop is created and packaged with great care. Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order prints (anything stretched or over 16"x20") will take closer to 2 weeks. Custom paintings will take anywhere from 1-3 months. — Regardless of what you order, I’ll always keep you updated! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Absolutely — many customers love sending artwork directly as gifts! While all of my items are already packed to protect the artwork and delight the receiver, I'll happily do a little extra if I know it's a gift. Just let me know you're sending your order as a gift and I'll add a ribbon to your order to make it feel more special. Want to add a handwritten note with your gift? --- Add a single card to your order and you'll be given the option for me to handwrite it for you. Just leave your message when prompted at checkout and I'll make it look pretty. (Receipts are never included in gift packages.)

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue — for example, if an item arrives damaged — please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Because of the nature of made-to-order artwork, I cannot accept returns for change of mind, but will always do my best to make things right.

I love offering commissions as a part of my year round offering, though some styles (like pet portraits) are only available seasonally. If you go on my commissions page you'll see your options for what is available for commission at any given time. When in doubt, reach out! I'm more than happy to talk with you about what you're envisioning and let you know what the timeline will be for any given project.
