Bright, fresh, and full of life, the lemon tree means zest in the Victorian language of flowers — a perfect match for the heart of the home. This lemon tree branch was painted from life by artist Meredith Raiford Akins and printed on a generously sized white 100% cotton flour sack tea towel.

Part of the Language of Flowers collection, this lovely towel features a lemon tree branch in the center display on crisp white cotton, its scientific name on the bottom right-hand side, and its translation into floriography, 'zest,' on the bottom left. The same artwork appears in the matching Zest – Lemon Tree botanical art print, set against a dramatic black background, the light towel and dark print make a striking pair.

A cheerful citrus accent for summer entertaining, a sunny hostess gift, or an easy way to bring a little brightness to your kitchen year-round.

Details

  • 100% cotton flour sack tea towel, white
  • 27" x 27" — generously sized for everyday use or display
  • Pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so it holds its size wash after wash
  • Original botanical watercolor, hand-painted by Meredith Raiford Akins
  • Victorian flower meaning: "Zest"
  • Soft, absorbent, lint-free, and durable

All towels are pre-washed and pre-shrunk so you don’t have to worry about fading or warping with time. They are made with a specialty printer that allows the ink to be embedded into the fabric rather than set on top of it. This further protects the artwork with use and gets rid of that unwanted sheen that sometimes comes across in similar towels.

Care
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
